In one instance, a large furniture retailer traditionally sold in-store approached PeakActivity to transform its e-commerce business. PeakActivity worked closely with the retailer to identify their business goals for e-commerce and lay out a roadmap to achieve their goals through a series of steps, some short-term and others longer. Perhaps most vital to the plan was transitioning to a new e-commerce technology, called headless, which decouples the website frontend from the backend systems that often hinder optimization, personalization, and customization.
