We don't believe in large-scale implementation that will take years to ensure proper ROI," says Hirapara. We then move to the final or the 'elevate' stage, where our aim is to find additional growth opportunities and prepare a client for future success. "This is the phase where the difference is created. Over the years, PeakActivity has assisted many clients with their holistic solutions. In one instance, a large furniture retailer traditionally sold in-store approached PeakActivity to transform its e-commerce business. PeakActivity worked closely with the retailer to identify their business goals for e-commerce and lay out a roadmap to achieve their goals through a series of steps, some short-term and others longer. Perhaps most vital to the plan was transitioning to a new e-commerce technology, called headless, which decouples the website frontend from the backend systems that often hinder optimization, personalization, and customization. It also helped the client to create a true omnichannel experience between its online and brick and mortar store by connecting the e-commerce engine to their store systems, therefore giving sales associates greater ability to sell, no matter where the customer first came in from.

Such instances of success drove PeakActivity to create a new headless e-commerce product of their own, launching at the end of this month.
